Host
Our Hosts are often the first and last faces our guests see when visiting our restaurant. They welcome guests into our house, seat them comfortably and appropriately for the time of day. Hosts answer the phones and keep our to-go customers comfortable during any wait they may have.
Expo
Our Expediters bridge communication between the front of house and heart of house. This team is all about clear communication and exceptional organization, taking responsibility for putting the finishing touches on guests meals and doing a final once-over to ensure proper plating, accuracy of order, and excellent presentation.
Bartender
Our Bartenders work directly with guests by mixing and serving drink orders. Their responsibilities include verifying age requirements, knowing alcohol pairing and tastes, knowing how to make traditional and classy drinks, all while managing inventory and cleaning bar supplies.
Line Cook
Our Line Cooks take what the prep team has provided and cook delicious dishes quickly, consistently, and according to our guests’ preferences and company standards. This team owns the success of their stations and ensures the job is seamlessly executed.
Prep Cook
Our Prep Cooks prepare our house-made sauces and ensure that our fresh ingredients are properly portioned and ready to use. This team is responsible for execution of our high product standards and reports any kitchen operation opportunities to the management team.
Servers
Our Servers build relationships with guests, keeping them happy, comfortable, and informed throughout their time with us. These are Brand Ambassadors responsible for maintaining our last line of defense to ensure our high standards of product, service, and atmosphere in the restaurant are met.
Dishwasher / Utility
Our Utility/Dish team keeps things moving during the height of action. Without this crew, we would be unable to serve so many guests in a timely manner. Our team keeps dishes, prep-ware, workstations, and restrooms clean and sanitary. Utility employees maintain the exterior of the restaurant, contributing to favorable impressions for guests from the moment they set foot on the property.
Runner
Our Food Runners and Bussers are the ones who deliver our delicious food to our guests, answer quick questions, and take care of our guests’ needs. This team keeps service areas well-stocked and ensures tables are clean and ready for service.
